Vista Ridge Youth Sports is the official home for Vista Ridge youth football in Cedar Park. VRYS is currently part of the Hill Country Pop Warner, providing fun and enriching youth sporting opportunities to the Cedar Park community with an emphasis on Vista Ridge High School. In keeping with the Hill Country Pop Warner, Vista Ridge Youth Sports is committed to providing a positive and fun experience for student-athletes at any level. We believe that it is important for our youth athletes to enjoy the sport they participate in, all while instilling a high standard of importance in academics and community involvement.
Fall Football Season
Practice – Playing for Vista Ridge Youth Sports is a commitment of 10 hours of conditioning as well as continued weekly practices. Practice dates and times will be set by your coach. Typically teams will meet 2-3 times a week (plus games) once school starts. There may be additional practices scheduled during conditioning days and before the school year starts.
Game Day – Games are on Saturdays and the season will begin the first week of September. Our home field is Ranger Stadium located at Vista Ridge High School. We do travel to other Central Texas Football and Cheer Association locations.
Competition – Top teams will have the opportunity to advance to local championships, as well as regional and national championships.
vista Ridge Youth Sports proudly provides Football & Cheerleading programs year-round. Focusing on the athletic development of athletes 5 – 12 years of age in the greater Cedar Park community with an emphasis on preparing young athletes that will one day be student-athletes at Vista Ridge High School, as well as those at Henry & Stiles Middle Schools.
