ATX Elite Sports | Vista Ridge Youth Sports General Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted to info@rangerselitesports.com and will be processed within two (2) weeks.

Refunds can be remitted in the same form as the registration payment was processed or as a credit toward future ATX Elite Sports | Vista Ridge Youth Sports registrations.

Full refunds are given, without penalty, if ATX Elite Sports | Vista Ridge Youth Sports is unable to place the registrant on a team.

A refund processed during the registration period will be subject to a $35 processing fee per registration refunded.

A refund processed after the registration period ends, but before teams are formed, will be subject to a $35 processing fee and a uniform fee if applicable.

A refund processed after teams are formed, but before the first game, will be processed at 50% and a uniform fee if applicable..

No refunds will be processed after the first game of the season other than for circumstances defined below.

General Season Cancellation Policy:

If ATX Elite Sports | Vista Ridge Youth Sports is forced to cancel the delivery of the season by our choice, due to COVID 19, or reasons outside of our control.

ATX Elite Sports | Vista Ridge Youth Sports’ standard cancellation policy applies to cancellation prior to the start of games.

ATX Elite Sports | Vista Ridge Youth Sports will provide a 50% credit toward a future ATX Elite Sports | Vista Ridge Youth Sports season if cancellation occurs prior to mid-point of current season.

There will be no credit issued for any cancellations on or after mid-point of the current season.

Cancellation date will reflect the date of the last game played. “Mid-Point” of the season is considered to be halfway through the regular season and does not include playoffs or any other type post season play.
